You did a great job on making it cartoony, yet have a look of realism. You did a good job on exaggerating the ears, head, and waist. For chibii/anthro ,(what I have learned) exaggerating is key for cuteness. What I would suggest, maybe try making the tail fluffier, and the paws just a little bit bigger.(this is if you want the cartoony look.) I think this will help you if you wish to accomplish the cute cartoony look. Also, good job on adding the bubble things. This adds a more cartoony feel, which I feel you tried to accomplish.
